Educate children and families about healthy eating and lifestyle choices in a fun interactive activities. 2, two hour sessions completes a program. Registration is required.
Fun and interactive activities discussion fruits and veggies. 5-8 year olds enjoy movie, coloring , story time and fun making watermelon pizza, or other fun activities with Way2freash eats. This is a 4 hour session 9am-1pm offered 1 Sunday a month. Registration is required.
Breast care and mammogram education and screening Individuals will have the opportunity to get educated and get their mammogram same day. Registration is required.
Learn and understand the medication most individuals are prescribed. Session break down medication by discussion, name of medications, why your taking them and how to properly take them and much more. Registration is required for any in person sessions
